  SOCIAL PAINTBALL TOURNAMENT SUNDAY AUGUST 29TH
You are invited to join us for a social tournament to suit all experience levels on Sunday August 29th at
Paintball Park, Elizabeth West. Whether you have played paintball tournaments before or not this social tournament will
be played in a competitive yet friendly atmosphere and is suited to all abilities. With a starting
entry fee of only $35 it's a great way to get out there with your mates and have some serious
fun. The $35 entry fee for Div1 & Div2 includes standard equipment hire plus
100 paintballs. Additional paint will
be available to purchase at a tournament-exclusive discounted rate. Based on a
'centre flag' scenario,
all teams will be competing for victory and a chance to take home an exclusive Paintball Park trophy which will be awarded
to the top three placed teams in each division. Can your team capture the flag and earn

 - Division 1 - Experienced Players Using Rental MarkersFive players per team. Experienced players using Paintball Park issued rental markers. Bring your
mask and tournament gear if you have them, otherwise we can supply our rental gear for you. These will be competitive games and all players will
be using the same marker
(paintball guns). This tournament is the ultimate challenge as team work and
skill is what will win this division. Trophies to be awarded to the top
three placed teams.

 - 3-man Pro/Open Division - Experienced Players Using Electronic Tournament MarkersThree players per team. Experienced players using their own
electronic markers. We have a limited number of electronic markers for
hire at $20 (booking essential. These
are available to the first players to pay the $20 hire fee.) Bring
your mask and tournament gear if you have them. Fast paced games
with discounted paint. Trophies to be awarded to the top three placed teams. Paintballs
will be available to purchase at 500 paintballs for $70 or the amazing price of a box of 2000 paintballs for only $160!
This offer is available to the Pro/Open Division players only. GAMES START AT 9AM SHARP
PROSHOP
Paintball gear will be for sale on the day. Masks, jerseys, pants, gloves

DEMONSTRATION GAMES
Paintball
Park sponsors ‘Malice’, a professional paintball team that plays national tournaments. Malice trains at Paintball
Park almost every weekend as well as their fitness and drills training midweek. Malice will be performing some fast paced
demonstration games as well as providing some FREE coaching tips. Malice are also refereeing this event.
SPECTATORS
Unfortunately due to regulations out of our control spectators
are not permitted in the playing arena. There are no spectator viewing areas for this event.
PLAYERS BRINGING THEIR OWN MARKERS
1) MUST bring
& present rego paper and firearms licence before going on the field.
2)
CO2 & air bottles MUST be in test and presented for inspection before
going on the field.
3) Paintball
markers/guns MUST not be removed from boxes or bags unless in the playing arena.
WAIVERS
Every player MUST complete a waiver form to be able to play.Players
under the age of 18 years MUST have their waiver signed & completed by THEIR PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN. (Other parents,
other family members, friends etc are not permitted to sign on their behalf) (S.A. Firearms Law). Waivers can be completed on the day at the field. For players that are under 18 years & if their
parent or legal guardian won't be attending please print waivers from our website www.paintballpark.com.au from the bottom of the 'play paintball' page or we can mail them to you, then return the completed 2 page
waiver on the day of play. Please note: The minimum age is 10 years (S.A. Firearms Law)

Once again, Paintball Park has played
host to one of Australia's leading sporting teams, the Port Adelaide Football Club. Using paintball for
their mid season team building, the players and coaches enjoyed a competetive and productive session that saw all players
getting down and dirty. With paintballs flying, the football stars used the event as a fun training session
ahead of a tough few rounds of the 2010 AFL season.
Paintball Park had the pleasure recently
of hosting the Adelaide United Football Club ahead of their gruelling September period which includes the home &
away legs of the AFC Champions League Quarter Finals, as well as the Hyundai A-League. Adelaide United Coach Aurelio Vidmar chose the combat style activity as
a team bonding exercise and to give players something different away from the pitch, while still
maintaining a competitive nature. All the players proved to be competitive, not only on the football pitch, but on the paintball field as well with
the coach Aurelio Vidmar joining in on the action. Check out the photos below and click on the link

SAFM's Wedding Trashers competition
involves hosts Rabbit, Amber and Cosi assisting to destroy three wedding dresses owned by three finalists.
Each finalist is in the running to win a $5750 ring. Robyn and SAFM chose Paintball Park to destroy Robyn's dress
and as you can see by the pics, they were all successful. The dress had no chance when we had a go at it with our electronic
markers! (No, Robyn wasn't wearing it at the time) Click HERE to watch the video.

IMPORTANT LEGAL WAIVER INFORMATION
Unfortunately in this day and age it is essential ALL players at Paintball Park be required to complete and sign a waiver for insurance and legal purposes before playing. All players will
be required to complete the neccessary sections of the waiver CORRECTLY before being able to play on, or enter the playing
arena at Paintball Park. It is ESSENTIAL all sections are completed correctly and any errors may result in that
player being unable to play at the same time as the rest of their group, or being unable to play paintball at all.
PLAYERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE THEIR WAIVERS SIGNED BY THEIR PARENT OR THEIR LEGAL GUARDIAN,
not the adult supervising them on the day at Paintball Park.

RECORD BROKEN!
The record for the most balls
shot by a social player in a single session at Paintball Park has been broken. Luke has managed to smash the previous
record by shooting an amazing 5100 in a single session recently at Paintball Park. Just as amazing, his mate Nick also
broke the previous record when he shot a massive 3500 balls in the same session. Using our upgrade electronic marker
the boys spent several hours shooting their mates in an attempt to take the top spot. Grant & Andrew, our previous
record holders, have now been relegated to 3rd spot with 3400 balls each. These boys are obviously proud
of their efforts and challenge all other players to beat their mark. Can Luke's record ever be broken?

and format will be set soon. The tournament will be structured according to the teams entered so get your team
nominations in as soon as possible (enquiries@paintballpark.com.au). New teams are most definitely welcome and, of course, it will be great to see the regular players
return for another competition.
Not sure if your team is good enough? Well we guarantee you will come
out of the tournament a better team player and a better paintball player. Our regular players will be more than
happy to teach you some tricks of the game and assist you on your tournament game play. Some of our previous new players
are now extremely competitive on the paintball field thanks to their tournament experience at Paintball Park.
Fun and exciting! That's right. Our tournaments are run in a fun, friendly and competitive atmosphere
where you can watch the other games and chat with the other players. Pick up tips by watching the experienced players,
or even help the new players feel at home on the paintball field. You'll make some great mates, you can be sure
of that.
Our tournament games are run on a pre-selected field at Paintball Park Elizabeth West. The
games run for a maximum of 5 minutes and are based on a capture the flag scenario. Each team has 3-5 players
and points are awarded for eliminations, flag grabs and flag hangs. Points are tallied over the games each team
plays and the top 3 finishing teams will be awarded an exclusive Paintball Park trophy.

TRAINING CLINIC
Our Level 1 training
clinic was recently run at Paintball Park and proved to be a valuable couple of hours for all those attending. Aimed
at new or less experienced players, this training clinic provided players with valuable tips and techniques for improving
their paintball game. Correct stance, shooting techniques and team communication were all covered as well as many other
topics that helped these players improve their game. This training clinic, as well as our Level 2 training clinic for
more experienced players, is available to all players wishing to improve their game of paintball. For all enquiries

to a more accurate  electronic marker for the day. These markers are capable of a higher rate of fire and are available to hire at

5-Player Social Tournaments
With the
success of our 5-player social tournaments in 2009, Paintball Park will again be running social tournaments throughout 2010.
We are now accepting registrations for upcoming tournaments from interested players and teams. Costs start
at $35 per player with paint available to tournament players at a tournament-exclusive $14 per hundred.
Our
social tournaments are based on a 'capture the flag' scenario and points will be awarded for eliminations, flag grabs
and flag hangs. Trophies will then be awarded to the top 3 finishing teams for each tournament.
So if you think
you and your team have got what it takes to eliminate the other players and capture the flag, then get your team registration
in and compete at our next social tournament. They're loads of fun and you'll make some great mates in the process!

Social Tournament Results
We have just played our first social tournament for the year and it has been fantastic to see
some keen players competing for our exclusive Paintball Park trophies. All players competing in this series are
using our regular hire markers and it's a great tournament suited to all skill levels. Each team playing in
the tournament will recieve championship points in relation to their finishing position. Points will be tallied
after the 5 tournaments of the year and the team with the highest number of points will have their team name engraved on our
perpetual cup! Photos and results are placed on this site after each round.
